Markdown Preview is a free, browser-based tool for writing and previewing Markdown. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your content
Everything you write or open in Markdown Preview stays yours. Documents are processed and stored locally in your browser; they are never transmitted to us. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own copies. Clearing your browser data deletes locally saved documents.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service or its hosting infrastructure.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update the service or these terms at any time. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page, with the date above reflecting the last revision.
